Return/Exchange Policy
Regular priced purchases, both online and in-store, can be exchanged for store credit. Requests must be made within 14 days of the order being received by the customer.
Items must be received in the same unaltered and original condition as when purchased to receive store credit. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

We highly recommend selecting a method of shipping with tracking and insurance. Never send loose items as they may become damaged during shipping. Be sure to wrap items prior to placing them in a padded envelope or box prior to shipping to ensure their safe arrival.

All sale merchandise is final, this includes items purchased using discount codes. The following items are also considered final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Items purchased at a discount (automatic and manual discount codes)
- Items marked "Sale" (in-store and on the website)
- Layaway Items (when applicable)
- Special Ordered Items
We will not accept returns for store credit after 14 days on any purchases.
